April 17, 2016. It's Thirdy's 4th birthday, so we're celebrating it with a couple of activities with the clan.
First off, we stayed overnight at Shangri-la EDSA hotel as part of Chea's 12 for 12 staycation hotels for her 40th year. So after the breakfast, we went back to our room and Chea's parents arrived with Tita Fe a few minutes after. They took Thirdy swimming again while I took a power nap.
Later, we checked out at around noon and proceeded to Trampoline Park at Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City.
Thirdy is just a bundle of energy so he'll love this place. Plus, the entire clan gets to play around with Thirdy. It's their first time here, while Chea and Thirdy already tried it out a few weeks back.
There was a sale for coupons at Metrodeal a few weeks back and we took the opportunity to buy the tickets then.
We were scheduled at 1 pm, so by the time we got there, most of the relatives were there waiting. It was just the Esmundo clan who were running a bit late. My sister and her family, were stuck in traffic so they'll just go straight to the second activity for the day.
As usual, Thirdy couldn't wait to get started. As soon as they got in, he was already all over the place. He enjoys playing and being active with family, so this was a pretty great activity for his birthday.
Chea and I didn't bother to join them inside. I just stayed on the 2nd level balcony and recorded it on Chea's Go Pro. I was planning to buy a shoulder strap for the Go Pro, but got too busy to actually buy one.
After our time expired, we then headed off to ACE Water Spa hotel, still in Mandaluyong.
Chea was looking for a place we could eat after the trampoline fun.
She ended up reserving two rooms at Party Party Family KTV at the 6th level of the hotel. While Thirdy still can't read to belt out some songs on the videoke machine, he still enjoys music, especially the danceable ones.
So from 2:30pm to 5:30pm, the clan had a good time singing songs and eating food. Granted, the food wasn't topnotch, the entire cost was affordable.
The room was huge and state of the art. Controls were on a touch screen panel, but there was still a song list so you can browse for your songs.
After the party, Thirdy went home to Antipolo since he's spending most of the summer there with his grandparents. Chea and I went home to QC after.
It was a pretty fun afternoon of activities. Now let's get to planning Thirdy's 5th party.
